Your main functions will be: 📜
1. You'll define and monitor sales, margin, and profitability goals for each store within your region.
2. You will oversee and coordinate all point-of-sale operations, including product management, merchandising, shopping experience, and process optimization to improve efficiency.
3. You will develop and implement new plans to drive sales growth and improve the profitability of the assigned region (promotions, loyalty program, special sales actions, local events...)
4. You will facilitate the exchange of communication between HQ and sales teams so that they are familiar with new products, best practices, corporate policies and brand initiatives.
5. You will ensure that a unique and high-quality shopping experience is provided in all stores, while maintaining customer service standards.
6. You will foster the professional growth of our sales team, promoting product training, storytelling and styling to elevate the role of the Retail Brand Ambassador and the brand experience.
Requisitos mínimos
What will make you succeed in the position? 🧐
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position and/or as an Area Manager in a multinational environment.
2. That you know the retail, fashion-luxury and/or consumer goods sector well and that you are a crack at management and strategic planning under a regional scope.
